What Your Sensitive Gut Actually Needs (It's Not What You've Been Told)
If you’ve been trying to heal your gut with food, I want you to open to the idea that there could be another way.
The shift from restriction to regulation is what actually changes the pattern. What regulation looks like depends entirely on your type.
(If you don’t know your type, take the Cosmic Sensitive Quiz at CosmicSensitiveQuiz.com in just two minutes. I developed this quiz with coaching by Mellissa Seaman.)

Why Sensitive Gut Healing Can’t Be Generic
Sensitive nervous systems don’t run the standard equation. Your gut isn’t reacting to what you’re eating; it’s responding to what it’s sensing. I’m talking about electromagnetic environment, atmospheric pressure, emotional fields, and the lunar cycle.
This is how you shift from fighting your nervous system to supporting it.
Here’s how that support looks for each of the four cosmic sensitive types:
SOLA: Grounding. Screen reduction during geomagnetic activity (track at spaceweather.com). Less input, more discharge.
BARO: More water during weather front passages. Rest before a storm. Correlate gut with barometric pressure, not food diary.
EMPA: Movement after social exposure as a way to discharge built-up energy, not exercise. Clearing practices. Social space after intensity.
LUNA: Low input at New Moon. More movement at Full Moon. Map gut against lunar calendar.

The Shift That Changes Everything
For SOLA: grounding and electromagnetic load reduction.
For BARO: atmospheric rhythm support.
For EMPA: energetic clearing and boundary practices.
For LUNA: cycle rhythm support.
I can help you and your body navigate and track these shifts. I offer group support through the Cosmic Sensitive Circle and one-on-one support with the Body Scan.

About Amanda
Former engineer on several NASA projects turned medical intuitive. I work with female college athletes with gut pain that is taking her out of her sport. Along with the unpredictable pain, she’s struggling with depression and her grades are starting to slip. I can scan her body to see what’s wrong, clarify it for her, map the path forward, and land her back in her best condition, back in her happy life, back in the game.
