How Space Weather Shapes Your Body Right Now
If you’ve been feeling tired, wired, moody, or like your body is running its own program, here’s something you might not have considered—it might not just be “you.”
Your body is a living antenna, constantly syncing with what’s happening above and around you. Planetary shifts, space weather, and even Earth’s own rhythms can influence how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. High-performing women—especially Gutsy Chicks—often notice these shifts first, because our nervous systems are tuned like fine instruments.
In this month’s Space Weather and Body Shenanigans forecast, I’m breaking down what’s happening in the skies (and under our feet) from August through early September 2025—and how to work with these shifts instead of fighting them.
1. Space Weather: August 2025 Forecast
NASA and NOAA are tracking a few significant events this month:
Aug 8–9: G2–G1 geomagnetic storm watch from a coronal mass ejection + high-speed solar wind stream.
Aug 11–15, 18–22, 25–30: Minor G1 storms from solar winds.
These storms can bring spectacular auroras—but they can also disrupt sleep, cause heart palpitations, stir anxiety, and leave you feeling “off.”
Why? Your nervous system is electrical, and geomagnetic activity can scramble your circadian rhythms, hormone signals, and mood regulation.
Support yourself by: grounding barefoot, adding magnesium, and keeping evenings tech-light during active storm days.
2. The Schumann Resonance Spikes
The Schumann Resonance—Earth’s natural electromagnetic heartbeat—usually hums at about 7.83 Hz. Recently, we’ve seen spikes into the 40–60 Hz range and even temporary drop-outs.
When the frequency spikes, you might feel wired, restless, or unable to sleep. When it drops suddenly, fatigue, brain fog, and heaviness can set in.
Think of it like your body trying to match a moving metronome—it’s exhausting if you’re not tuned in.
3. Moon Cycles & Stargazing Highlights
Aug 9 – Full Sturgeon Moon: Big emotional energy; a great time for release rituals.
Aug 11–13 – Perseid Meteor Shower: Creativity and awe are high—look up if you can.
Aug 23 – New Moon in Virgo: Perfect for intention-setting, organization, and health resets.
Sep 7–8 – Full Moon + Total Lunar Eclipse: Emotional closure, deep intuition, and big life shifts.
Your hormones, hydration, and digestion also ebb and flow with the moon—pay attention to your body in these windows.
4. Mother Earth’s Signals
Earth is also in conversation with your body. Volcanic activity often mirrors inflammation, earthquakes can feel like boundary-testing moments, and floods can manifest as emotional overwhelm or lymphatic sluggishness.
As the Northern Hemisphere moves toward fall, many of us crave grounding foods and more rest. In the Southern Hemisphere, spring can trigger histamine flares and detox symptoms.
5. What’s Happening in Your Body
Right now, you might notice:
Fatigue or insomnia → from geomagnetic storms or Schumann spikes.
Digestive changes → seasonal transitions + Mercury in Virgo’s gut sensitivity.
Mood swings or anxiety → nervous system adjusting to energetic fluctuations.
Skin or inflammation flare-ups → heat release mirroring Earth’s fire activity.
You’re not broken—you’re syncing.
6. The Gutsy Chick Care Protocol
Here’s how to “tune your antenna” during this cycle:
Energy Hygiene
Ground barefoot daily.
Salt baths during solar storms.
Sleep in total darkness.
Nervous System Reset
Magnesium + trace minerals.
Yin-based movement: walking, qi gong, stretching.
4-7-8 breathing to calm your vagus nerve.
Seasonal Body Support
North: root veggies, healthy fats, warming spices.
South: fresh greens, citrus, antihistamine herbs.
Astro-Aligned Practices
Mercury retrograde: slow down, double-check communications.
Eclipses: rest deeply, journal insights, hydrate well.
Reframe: You’re Not Sick—You’re Syncing
When you understand your body as part of a much bigger system, symptoms stop feeling random or scary. They become signposts.
So instead of pushing through fatigue or ignoring the weirdness, try slowing down, tracking your cycles, and honoring your body’s messages.
Your Turn
What have you been feeling in your body lately? Can you link it to any of these cosmic or Earth events?
📓 Try keeping a “cosmic weather diary” this month—you might be surprised at the patterns you see.

About Amanda
Former engineer on several NASA projects turned medical intuitive. I work with female college athletes with gut pain that is taking her out of her sport. Along with the unpredictable pain, she’s struggling with depression and her grades are starting to slip. I can scan her body to see what’s wrong, clarify it for her, map the path forward, and land her back in her best condition, back in her happy life, back in the game.
